Arihant Electricals Return Policy Details

We offer a 7 days conditional Return and Exchange Policy for products. Returns are only eligible only in case If you receive a product in the following condition

  • Damaged Product (Shipping to be born by both Us and customer)
  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Incomplete Product
  • Incorrect Product

On receiving our complaint, Arihant Electricals shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint after which, we will send you the damaged spares to resolve the issue and restore your product to its original state.

If the product is damaged beyond repair/incorrect and needs a complete replacement, then you can process an exchange request.

Terms and conditions for Returns and Exchange:

  • Upon receiving your complaint within 7 days after delivery, Arihant Electricals shall verify the authenticity of the complaint after which we will initiate the replacement process.
  • Refund will be given after the deduction of the Razorpay payment gateway (Nearly 2-3%), only when the product reaches us within 7 days and without any damage, the shipping cost is to be borne by the customer
  • In case of a damaged product, an email needs to be received by us for the damage along with a photo of the product within 24 hours.  
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card, invoices, etc
  • The return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage to products during transit.
  • The returned Products are subject to verification and checks by us in order to determine the original condition of the product. If the product is not found in its original condition, your request will be rejected and the product will be shipped back to you. ( shipping cost born by customer ).
  • Once the product is received by us, the replacement product will be dispatched to you as soon as possible.
  • Any damage to the product during the Re-Shipment of the fresh product is the customer’s responsibility.
  • It takes 5-7 working days for us to refund once the product reaches us in good condition.
